Balaramaiah (Sobhan Babu) is the pinnacle of the village. His phrase is an ordinance to villagers. He lives along with his spouse Vasumathi (Srividya) and daughter Pooja (Rajeevi). He strictly adheres to the caste. He removed his half-brother Krishna Murthy (Dr. Rajashekhar) and half-sister Seeta (Kalpana) as a result of their mom is from a decrease caste. They dwell subsequent door (by partitioning their ancestral residence). Shivaji (Jagapati Babu) cousin (son of maternal uncle) of Krishna Murthy involves the village.Krishna Murthy offers shelter in his home. Shivaji falls in love with Pooja. Balaramaiah involves learn about this and makes preparations for Pooja's marriage with Antharvedi (Tanikella Bharani), son of Chintamani (Gollapudi Maruthi Rao) who instigates clashes between Balaramaiah & Krishna Murthy. On the finish Balaramaiah realizes his mistake with the recommendation of Vasumati, accepts Krishna Murthy as his brother. A contented ending with united household ensues.
