When Sarah lucks right into a candy one-bedroom at Asilo Del Mar Flats in Los Angeles, she thinks she's hit the jackpot. It is bought loads of area, pleasant tenants, group BBQs and even a cute neighbour subsequent door. All just isn't what it appears: loud noises begin retaining her awake at evening; her cat is lacking; everybody appears to be somewhat too useful and pleasant, aside from the weirdo, Lester. Quickly, Sarah learns she did not select this house — it selected her.
