55 Km/sec is a love story set on the final day of planet Earth. A cataclysmic occasion has occurred, life as we knew it's ending, and other people have retreated into their shells as they watch for the tip of the world. Two massive rocks are about to crash into one another and in comparison with that human life in all its complexity appears so fragile and pointless. Not realizing what’s coming subsequent, individuals repeat their habits from the before-times, go to the grocery retailer, pack their baggage like they're going someplace, attempt to discover what shelter and security they'll, say their goodbyes and start the countdown to the tip.
