A Police Inspector, Ravi, has been assigned the duty of apprehending infamous gangster, Shera, who, nonetheless, proves to be too elusive for him. Ravi then seeks the help of one other gangster, Raja, who's doing time in jail. Launched within the custody of Ravi, who does not know that Raja has his personal agenda behind this so-called co-operation.
