Azhagiya Theeye film revolves round Chandran (Prasanna) is approached by a woman Nandhini (Navya Nair) to interrupt her proposed marriage with a software program engineer Aravind (Prakash Raj) from USA. She is pressured by her father who's a thug (Pyramid Natarajan) to marry this man. Later Chandran hatches a plan by which he meets Aravind at a restaurant and tells him that Nandhini is head over heels in love with him.
