Ajay (Akkineni Nagarjuna) is an adman (director and actor) who has a particular concept about how his future spouse must be like. He will get married to a village belle Kamakshi (Simran Bagga), handpicked by his mother from her native city Kovvuru. After marriage, Kamakshi meets with a hairline fracture. The complete household of Kamakshi winds up at Ajay's home to deal with Kamakshi. She has a lovely and grasping sister referred to as Lahari (Reema Sen).
