Hotheaded cop Invoice Chu (Lau Ching-wan) will get relegated to the Emergency Unit after a dustup together with his inept boss. When the mob kills Chu's pal and ex-colleague (Francis Ng) throughout a turf-war hit, he rounds up his motley division cohorts and embarks on a mission of revenge in opposition to the gangsters.
