Blood Highway follows the journey of ultra-endurance mountain bike athlete Rebecca Rusch and her Vietnamese using accomplice, Huyen Nguyen, as they pedal 1,200 miles alongside the notorious Ho Chi Minh Path by means of the dense jungles of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
