In a dystopian Detroit, grand homes that when housed the rich are actually properties of the town's most-dangerous criminals. Surrounding the world is a huge wall to maintain the remainder of Detroit protected. For undercover cop Damien Collier, day-after-day is a battle towards corruption as he struggles to deliver his father's killer, Tremaine, to justice. In the meantime, Damien and an ex-con named Lino work collectively to avoid wasting the town from a plot to destroy it.
