Panakalu (Satyanarayana) betrays Ravi's (Rajendra Prasad) grandparents and fraudulently occupies their home named Brindavanam. Ravi guarantees his grandmother that he'll take again the possession of their home. The story is about how Ravi does a tit for tat, educating Panakalu a lesson and will get the property possession.
