Josekutty (Sudheesh), an orphan, slips into the world of crime after teaming up with petty thief Mayyanad Madhavan (Sreenivasan), however is arrested & jailed. After his launch, in a heist gone flawed, he kills a safety guard, for which Madhavan accepts the blame & goes to jail. Josekutty, who was attempting in useless to get himself jailed, helps an outdated girl in misery, Rachael Mathew (Srividya), thereby changing into a member of her family & will get near Rachael's adopted daughter Elsa (Monisha).
