A psychopathic twelve-year-old lady in a small city in Nebraska recruits all the opposite kids and goes on a bloody rampage, killing the corrupt adults and anybody else who opposes her. A vibrant excessive schooler who will not associate with the plan is the city's solely hope of survival.
