By means of compelling testimony from 7-10-year-old survivors, the movie reveals how the lethal wave and the Fukushima nuclear accident have modified kids's lives perpetually. The story unfolds at two key places: a main college the place 74 kids have been killed by the tsunami; and a faculty near the Fukushima nuclear plant, attended by kids evacuated from the nuclear exclusion zone. Radiation and its potential long-term results are a relentless fear for fogeys and youngsters who select to stay in Fukushima.
