A small firm advertises for 100 vacancies and 30,000 apply. The candidates are all from the ranks of the poor and there's a digital riot. Everybody round is searching for for alternatives. Amongst them are the candidates who desperately want the job, the photographer who's busy searching for a scoop, the village moneylender who's busy exploiting the poor, the ineffective police, the employers who're promoting posts even whereas a six month previous strike has practically prompted the workmen to turn into destitute. It's a story of society captured in a tiny framework of a small enterprise. In the end, the workmen, the unemployed and the farmers all get to gether to protest towards this exploitation.
