Deputy United States Marshal Bass Reeves reunites together with his former associate turned fugitive Sam Tanner. Reeves and Tanner are in a race towards time as they monitor Jack Donner and his vicious outlaw gang of killers to the oil-rich Texas city of Corsicana.
