William Brown, a neurotic, self-absorbed musician decided to complete his prog-rock magnum opus, faces a artistic roadblock within the type of a loud and grotesque neighbor named Vlad. Lastly working up the nerve to demand that Vlad hold it down, William inadvertently decapitates him.
