An idealistic journalist (Devgan) will get weary & uninterested in witnessing the reign of crime, police corruption & injustice in his metropolis & decides to wage a one-man struggle in opposition to the psychotic king maker 'Tau' performed by the legendary Amrish Puri. His journey prices him his limbs & family members as he goes on a vigilante type brute fest proper into the lair & darkish world of the 2 confronted Tau & his cronies. Demise & Destruction observe the struggle path.
