The movie opens with a ‘Manthravadi’ (Thilakan) an evil magician (Pithamagan Mahadevan) to obey to his instructions and make spiriting away a pleasant ghost cash via crime. In the meantime a gaggle of children and their benefactors are held hostage in a circus camp by the baddies, who has taken over the present. Ancy (Kaavyamadavan) is getting back from London, to take cost of the circus firm based by her father Philipose (Janardhanan),who was discovered murdered. On reaching there, she is instructed that her father was stabbed to demise by a bike-jumper named Jimmy (Mammootty). In reality Jimmy, his foster father Krishnan (Harmless), aide Sisupalan (Suraj Venjarammood) and a gang of avenue youngsters have been all invited by Philipose to hitch his circus group.
