Police Inspector Ram takes over cost of a police station in a crime-laden area of Bombay. He finds that at any time when he makes an attempt to arrest anybody, a gangster named Nagesh at all times intervenes and arranges their launch. He confers with some havaldars about this difficulty, and so they inform him that Nagesh has political affect and nobody dares to oppose him. The one one who can dare to face as much as Nagesh is an elusive man known as Vishal. However is Usha, Nagesh's sister, who has fallen in love with a middle-class fellow collegian named Raju. When Nagesh finds out he has Raju severely crushed up and left for useless, and asks his sister by no means to see Raju once more. Raju survives and each he and his mom strategy Vishal for justice. What's Vishal's background? Why does he dare to face up towards Nagesh when nobody else can?
