Eccentric, badly in debt, Mumbai Municipal worker, Jolly Maker, is infatuated with Monica Gokhale, a member of the Mumbai Heritage Society. He will get his likelihood to show his price when he hears that she has been kidnapped mysteriously by way of a flush of the Municipality's bathroom. He does rescue her inadvertently, turns into a hero in a single day. However the tables get turned when each of them, alongside along with her dad, Madhav, get kidnapped and are fated to die in a diabolical sport of 'Kaun Banega Swargwasi'.
