Dharamchand is the Chair of Olympic Financial institution, which is due for a remaining audit by the thirtieth of the month. Shortly thereafter, his daughter, Hema, finds his lifeless physique in his bed room. She telephones her brother, Ratan, who arrives, finds a suicide word in his dad's room, clarifying that he had embezzled 20 lakhs from the financial institution, is unable to repay it, and therefore is killing himself.
