An apocalyptic sci-fi story of a person, a detective, and a whole metropolis's quest for peace. The person seeks peace by means of atonement, the detective by means of revenge, and town by means of decision. The movie explores whether or not peace will be attained when one exists in fixed chaos - be it in actuality, or within the thoughts.
