Good Bones is a comedic coming-of-age story set within the cutthroat world of Hamptons Actual Property. Danny O'Brien, 22, dedicates one final summer time to his household's failing actual property company, and to his father Joe's seemingly out of date values: poetry, integrity, and neighborhood. The O'Briens are challenged - endangered - by heartless capitalist modernism, as practiced by the liars and cheaters at Superlative Properties, realtors to the Extremely-Rich and Fabulous. Danny complicates the sport by falling in love with Clare, an exquisite and suspiciously subtle Superlative summer time intern. All is framed by the mad swirl of "summer time individuals" who occasion, sleep round and customarily amuse themselves as they indulge within the excesses of "The Season." And key gamers chase the grand prize: the open public sale, on Labor Day, of Tilden Level - the final nice parcel of virgin land on the East Coast.
