Daulat Singh and Bhairav Singh are bandits in India and stay a violent way of life. Daulat is married to Shanta and has two youngsters, Vijay and Geeta. One Diwali he by chance kills a person, abandoning a son and his mom nearly destitute. Moved by their plight, he surrenders to the Police, is arrested, tried in Courtroom, and sentenced to life in jail.
