A rich industrialist and enterprise man named Raj Singhania lives in Bombay, India. He reaches up with a music band through which Karan Malhotra is the chief and Priya is his right-hand and sweetheart. Karan finds that it's not simple to realize one's advantage. A contract made between the 2 for his band to sing on a campaign for Raj. He agrees to take action and in a while conspire along with his girlfriend Priya to take over Raj huge property by organising his girlfriend to marry Raj fakely.
