A tax collector posted to a small city places up at a mansion feared by the locals as a result of it's haunted. As time passes he grows extra consumed by the mansion and its air of romance, and the spirits that hang-out it, particularly an exquisite lady. Tailored from a Rabindranath Tagore story.
