Arjun, a tricky cop alongside along with his good friend Andrew embark on a mission to trace down a very grotesque psychopathic killer referred to as Bhramma a.ok.a The Smiley Man. They ultimately handle to apprehend Bhramma at the price of dropping Andrew makes Arjun resign from the police pressure.
