Laxmi finds an deserted child at a temple and decides to maintain him. When her husband, Shankar, returns from jail, they title the kid Ramu. Whereas Laxmi desires him to go to highschool, research and develop into somebody essential, Shankar desires him to gamble, associate him in bootlegging and smuggling. Ramu is unable to slot in faculty and decides to work together with his dad. Thus Ramu grows up accepting crime as his profession. Then a younger lady named Mala enters his life, and each fall in love with one another. When Mala finds out about Ramu's profession, she makes him promise that he'll go straight. He does go straight, will get a job, and when he's laid off he takes to serving to Dhondu catch fish. Then Ramu's world will get turned upside when Inspector Hemant, whereas apprehending Shankar, weapons down Laxmi. An enraged Ramu decides that he should kill Hemant at any value. Watch what impression this can have on Hemant's mother, his dad, and Mala herself as she watches Ramu descent into the very hell that she had tried to redeem him from.
