In 1947 when the maps of India and Pakistan had been being drawn, an oversight ensured that the village of Paglapur did not discover a place in both nation. Over 60 years later, Paglapur is remoted, and in want of assist. The residents search assist, however as a direct results of being left off the map, they discover nobody keen to just accept Paglapur, and its issues, as their jurisdiction. The villagers determine they want to attract media consideration to Paglapur, and in so doing, achieve acceptance and assist from those that had beforehand denied them.
