Rusty Nail is again on the highway once more trying to punish injustice at each flip - and this time it is with a gaggle of hotheaded avenue racers on their method to the Highway Rally 1000. As they drive by a desolate shortcut on the best way to the race, an encounter with Rusty turns bitter and shortly he's monitoring, teasing and torturing them till the top of the highway.
