Within the anarchic city of Seaside, nowhere close to the ocean, puppeteers Judy and Punch try to resurrect their marionette present. The present is a success because of Judy's superior puppeteering however Punch's driving ambition and penchant for whisky result in an inevitable tragedy that Judy should avenge.
