Appukuttan receives a letter, for a job supply for his brother who is an effective kalari fighter, to do some rogue work for a swami in one other city. Appukuttan goes to the city with the letter and pretends to be his brother, so as to get the job and supply cash for his poor household. There he falls in love with the swami's daughter which ends up in bother later.
