Razni is a wealthy boy who lives together with his aunty. The superintendent sleeps with shakeela by promising her that he'll marry her, however seeing Hema, the superintendent asks shakeela to rearrange a wedding between him and Hema, on which Shakeela will get indignant on the superintendent and vows to sabotage his makes an attempt to marry Hema as a revenge. Hema is the cousin of Razni and so they fall in love and plan to marry. In the meantime, Shakeela who lives close by turns into keen on Razni and seduces him.
