The plot revolved round a corrupt and evil politician Gangaram or Gangu, attempting to woo personified public, depicted as mute and helpless wanting. The film is a humorous remark over the system and the selfishness of the politicians considered a movement image model of the cartoonist columns which can be probably the most brutal taunt over the politics.
