Lack-lustred and alcoholic Pratap Narayan Tilak is given a impolite awakening when he meets with journalist Megha Dixit, and decides to instill some sense of justice and truthful play inside his neighborhood, and get them to assertively defend their rights and freedom. He's met with robust resistance, each from inside his very personal neighborhood, the police, and a few very highly effective and influential politicians. Unable to bear the injustice, and annoyed at his neighborhood to behave proactively, Pratap decides to take the legislation into his personal palms, leading to chaos, violence, and uncertainty for everybody, and a path to his personal grave.
