Lakshmi Narayana (Venkatesh) is an elder son in a household with 3 brothers and a couple of sisters. Lakshmi owns a manufacturing unit that's value a whole bunch of crores. Janardhan (Sayaji Shinde) - a former worker of Lakshmi Industries - plans to take revenge on Lakshmi by creating distinction in his household and succeeds in it. The remainder of the story is all about why Janardhan separated Lakshmi's household and the way he wins again his girl love Nandini (Nayantara).
