In the course of the chaotic ultimate weeks of the Vietnam Warfare, the North Vietnamese Military closes in on Saigon because the panicked South Vietnamese folks desperately try to flee. On the bottom, American troopers and diplomats confront an ethical quandary: whether or not to obey White Home orders to evacuate solely U.S. residents.
