Throughout a late night time taping of "Dr. Nasty's Cavalcade of Horror", bloody chaos takes place throughout the screening of two options ("Dinner for Monsters" and "Slit"). Samantha/Nurse Nasty is annoyed by how the present is being run by its womanizing director and its drunk and loopy host Dr. Nasty.
