A younger nurse is kidnapped by a gaggle of violent teenagers who escape from a psychological hospital and take her on the street journey from hell. Pursued by an equally deranged lawman out for revenge, one of many teenagers is destined for tragedy and horrors that can destroy his thoughts, moulding him right into a monster named Leatherface.
