A multi-millionaire, Ram Khanna, is suggested by a pretend astrologer that he'll meet and marry a lady whose title will begin with "M". Ram does meet Mamta, they usually each fall in love. Ram marries her, even if she is the daughter of a prostitute, Heerabai, and brings her house together with her. Mamta will get a chilling welcome from Ram brother's, Murli Manohar, and his spouse, Maya. Mamta decides to claim herself and takes over the family issues, forcing Murli and Maya to go away the home. Quickly Mamta and Ram give delivery to a child boy. Someday Ram asks Mamta to deal with a suitcase full of money, as he has to exit of city. Mamta is lured out of the home together with the suitcase, and is brutally killed by Gulu Goli, a employed hit-man, who buries her in a secluded spot. Although bodily useless and buried, Mamta's spirit continues to be alive and energetic, although she can't be heard, nor seen by anybody. She decides to return house and expose Murli and Maya.
