The story revolves round a haunted farmhouse Mantra Nilayam, which is owned by Mantra (Charmi). She tries to promote the home however resulting from mysterious deaths on the home, no person comes ahead to purchase it. A professor, nonetheless, agrees to purchase the property on the situation that somebody keep in the home for 3 months. Hero (Sivaji), a goon who takes care of land settlements, is able to keep in the home for the fee promised as soon as the home is offered.
