Discovering love is rarely straightforward. For Ravi Patel, a primary technology Indian-American, the chances are slim. His excellent bride is gorgeous, good, humorous, family-oriented, variety and—in step with custom—Indian (although hopefully raised within the US). Oh, and her final title ought to be Patel as a result of in India, Patels often marry different Patels. And so at 30, Ravi decides to interrupt up together with his American girlfriend (the one who by all accounts is ideal for him apart from her pink hair and American title) and embark on a worldwide seek for one other Patel longing to be liked. He enlists the assistance of his matchmaker mom, attends a conference of Patels dwelling within the US and travels to wedding ceremony season in India. Witty, trustworthy and heartfelt, this comedy explores the questions with which all of us wrestle: What's love? What's happiness? And the way on the planet will we go about discovering them?
