Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye is the story of Maya. Maya lives in New Delhi is married to Vikram and has a daughter Priya. Maya's life is mundane and facilities round her household. One night she overhears a dialog between her husband and one other girl and realizes that he is having an affair. Her easy, household centric life round her breaks down and she or he realizes how Vikram had slowly degenerated her confidence and shallowness previously few years of their marriage. He stopped her from singing and abandoning all her desires. Throughout a dialog along with her neighbor Mrs. Mathur, who's on the lookout for a really perfect tenant, she conjures up her fantasy man, Jai. Via Jai, who retains reoccurring in her desires in several avatars, she regains her confidence. He conjures up her to pursue her final dream of singing.
