Chandan lives along with his elder brother and uncle. At some point whereas going throughout the river to get some medicines for his uncle, he meets with Gunja, and each finally fall in love. Destiny makes Gunja's sister, Roopa, get married to Chandan's brother. Roopa dies in a freak accident. The household decides that Chandan's brother ought to get married once more, and so they suggest marriage to Gunja. Will Chandan sacrifice his love for his nephew, and brother? Will Gunja settle for her brother-in-law as her husband?
