Nagarvadhu film is concerning the story of Sukanya (Vani Viswanath) who's born in a pious Brahmin family because the eldest of three daughters, is a medical scholar. She is to marry her lover and neighbour Sethu Raman. However when Sethu Raman is hit and killed by a jeep and when Sukanya is kidnapped and later arrested on prices of prostitution, issues take a completely new flip for her.Sukanya is married off to Sreeharshan.
