Nanda Deepa is a 1963 Indian Kannada-language romantic drama movie, directed by M. R. Vittal, making his first enterprise in movie course.[1] The movie was produced and written by actor Vadiraj and co-produced by Jawahar for Sri Bharathi Chitra studio home in its debut manufacturing. The movie stars Rajkumar and Harini, together with Leelavathi and Udaykumar taking part in different pivotal roles. The movie, upon launch garnered broad appreciation and recognition and received the distinguished Nationwide Movie Award for Greatest Characteristic Movie in Kannada on the tenth Nationwide Movie Award. The film was remade in Gujarati in 1964 as Ramat Ramade Ram - making this the primary Kannada film to be remade in that language. The film starred Tarla Mehta and Mahesh Kumar within the lead position with widespread actor Sanjeev Kumar reprising the position of Udaykumar. Whereas the Kannada model received the Nationwide Award, the Gujarati model received eight State awards
