This film follows Charlotte as she will get acquainted together with her aggressive neighbor Bonnie. A neighborhood watch is created when one other neighbor is murdered. Unbeknownst to everybody, it was Bonnie who killed the neighbor. Will she be uncovered earlier than it is too late?
