Hero Charan (Tarun) a center class household man, is cheated by Sanjana (Anitha), a woman from wealthy household. That is to take revenge on him as he teased her prior to now. When the hero involves see Sanjana after a spot of few months, realizes that she is engaged to an NRI (Rajeev Kanakala), who's an harmless man and likes to marry a woman with Indian tradition. Charan involves know that the bridegroom occurs to be his pal. Then Charan tries to alter the egoistic nature of Sanjana from a unique angle. In the meantime, the hero will get a pal Geethanjali (Sridevi), an orphan lady, working in All India Radio and will get attracted by the hero.
