Diwan and Bhagail Singh kill Kanwar for his property. Within the confusion that follows Kanwar's spouse Laajvanti and her sons, Shankar and Ravi are separated. Shankar drifts round searching for his mom and Ravi. Ravi works for Diwan and loves his daughter Reeta. Shankar and Ravi are pals. Diwan and Bhagail Singh drive a wedge between them and have Shankar despatched to jail on a false cost of theft.
