Ore Kadal (English: The Sea Inside) is a 2007 Malayalam movie written and directed by Shyamaprasad. The movie examines the extra-marital relationship between an mental economist and a housewife. It stars Mammootty, Meera Jasmine, Narain and Ramya Krishnan.
